“We are extremely proud of our products being a part of the Moda Hotel experience. The Moda is a really unique hotel, the attention to detail and small surprises the hotel staff create are really similar to the way we hope our customers perceive their skoah visit. I love it when Moda guests use the products, and take them home as mini souveniers. They leave Vancouver with positive reminders of their time here. We also see many Moda guests in our Yaletown shop, and they tell us how excited they were to have our products to use. It is also really fun to be able to change the products for the time of the year, and offer more customized hotel amenities products than one would normally be able to provide. It’s a great relationship.”

"My husband and I have stayed 3 times at Moda and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The location is wonderful if you're looking to take advantage of being downtown and all the fun/excitement (and some noise) that goes along with it. It's right in the middle of downtown, within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and shops you could want. The rooms are clean, well lit, and have nice TV's and coffee makers. It's a 'boutique' type hotel, so the rooms are not HUGE, but they're definitely comfortable.
Parking is literally ACROSS THE STREET in a garage - no 5 mile hike, just one crosswalk and an elevator. No big deal! For a downtown location parking is usually a huge hassle, and this was easy as pie. Plus you get in/out privileges!
They've got fabulous soap/shampoo samples from a little company called Skoah. The stuff is WONDERFUL and smells so good. Pricy if you go try and buy it online, but I really enjoy the hotel sample sizes during our stays at Moda.
We have yet to try the dining room or the little wine bar, but it is definitely on our list. Apparently the restaurant gets great reviews - we've just always had evening plans.
Great hotel, great location, reasonable price, fabulous staff. This is our #1 pick if we're heading to Vancouver for a night/weekend."

I stayed in this hotel for the first time while on a business trip to Vancouver. I was very impressed with the location, the decor, cleanliness and the friendly staff. The value for money was also great. The rooms are smallish but very modern, clean and neat. The only slight area of concern would be if you were to stay in a room facing the street, it can be a little noisey, but only if you have your window open.
There is a nice restaurant next door on one side and a lovely wine bar on the other side on the corner. I met a friend and we went into the wine bar for a couple and was very impressed.
I will definately stay here when visiting Vancouver again.- cmtreloar, Toronto

Hotel rooms were being renovated while we were there to upgrade the air conditioning, but the work was well screened off and we were not inconvenienced. Staff could not have been more helpful to us when our luggage was delayed, calling the airline and trying to reach them on the internet. Rooms very smart and comfortable, with complimentary water and coke during the renovations. We would return.

The really great bar (espresso in morning, lounge at nice) is really tasty and seamlessly continued fantastic service the hotel staff offered. The room was super comfortable with a great lounge chair and OPENING windows. All this with Granville a block away and Yaletown around the corner. Colin B from Portland, OR

The hotel was clean, the people who worked there went out of their way to be helpful. Made reservations and recommendations for dining. We were there during a heatwave, so we had to open the windows. It is very noisy pretty much all night. (The hotel is in the downtown area.) I was not bothered at all, I slept right through it, but others in my party were not so lucky. I would definately go back. I thought it was fun, and I like that they tried to keep the hotel true to it’s period in the remodel. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Shirley W from Dallas, TX
